Love Hong Kong Palace’s Food and speedy delivery!

We love Hong kong Palace as our "goto" comfort place. Last night, though, an hour and a half for an order placed before 5pm. There was no plain rice for the egg foo yung and no sauce for the dumplings! The food was delicious as always tho.

The food is always good here but the delivery times are extremely long. Took 80 minutes to arrive.

The cumin beef was amazing and so was everything else. Will definitely order from here again even though i don’t live nearby at all.

This was by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Threw it away in 2 seconds. The crab wontons were delivered in a foil bag which allowed them to steam into mush - plus they are rancid. The Singapore rice noodles were very offputting as well. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I chose it for the "great" ratings, wrong. Stay away,.

If I could give a 0 I would. My order was over 30 minutes late and the have no information or control over it. Minus well just order from the actual restaurant!

Order took 2 hours for delivery. Called them 90 minutes past ordering and assured us the food was "on the way" - 30 minutes later...still nothing. We live 10 minutes from the establishment. Food was very, very average

By far, they have the best lo mien. I have tried a lot of places but theirs is the best. Whether delivery or carry out, their service is great. I definitely recommend this place!!!

General Tso's and Chicken w Broccoli were cooked well. Lo Mein was greasy and was a bit too soft; the steamed dumplings lacked seasoning.

The staff was very friendly and nice upon pick up! The food was average, everything seemed to taste extra fishy or lacked flavor. Very disappointed after all the great reviews.

Not as Americanized as what I was hoping for. My friends tell me this is a good place for more authentic cuisine, but it wasn't what I wanted. The rating is based on my expectations and how I enjoyed the taste of the food.

Crispy beef is my favorite and is always delicious. The rest of our order was pretty good too but the green onion pancake was disappointing and just tasted like oil.

It was just okay. Most of it is just a preference thing, we like our crab Rangoon a little on the sweeter side, we like the cashew chicken to have a few more vegetables that aren't starches, it had water chestnuts and broccoli which was fine would have like maybe carrots or celery, but the really weird part was the driver telling us that we tipped too little. We have 10% and it took over an hour to get to us! How is that too little? Thinking we might not be repeat customers.

The celery and mushrooms dish was good but could have had a bit more flavor. Kung Pao was a bit light on shrimp.
